KENDALL J. MCKOUEN
Associate Kendall joined Team CORE just two days after graduating from Clarkston High School in 2024, beginning part-time before transitioning into a full-time role with the Brokerage team in February 2025. He focuses on general office, light industrial, and retail properties across SE Michigan, bringing a passion for real estate that started when he was 16 years old. Kendall values the culture at Team CORE, describing it as a second family built on service to others and to each other. As a follower of Jesus Christ, his faith plays a central role in guiding both his life and career. With long-term aspirations of becoming a real estate developer specializing in luxury neighborhoods, churches, and racetracks, Kendall is eager to continue building his experience in brokerage. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and is always looking for opportunities to learn something new.
