MATTHEW J. FARRELL
CEO / Owner Matt is the originator and founder of Team CORE and currently serves as CEO. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. Matt is a top broker especially known for office and high-tech transactions. He has been ranked as a CoStar Power Broker for 15+ consecutive years, holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation, was a Crain’s Detroit Business 40 under 40 honoree, he was the 2009 Broker of the Year, and Crain’s “Top 50 Persons to Know” in Commercial Real Estate. His personal passions include his role as a board member and Past President for EO Detroit, downhill skiing, water sports and youth travel hockey.
