PHILIP A. WOJTOWICZ
Senior Vice President / Associate Broker Phil has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience. In this time he has established his reputation as a professional broker expert at selling and leasing medical and general office, retail, and industrial properties, including vacant land. Phil was a former hospital administrator at POH Medical Center, now known as McLaren-Oakland Hospital. He is a former Board member of the Oakland County Chamber of Commerce and the Economic Restructuring Committee (ERC) of Pontiac’s Downtown Development Authority (DDA-ERC). As a former hospital administrator, Phil has been able to translate that experience into effective representation for both the buyers and tenants of many medical entities.
