ZACHARY L. WARSON
Director of Property Management Zack brings over 10 years of experience in Project, Vendor, and Client Management to the team. Zack oversees the day-to-day operations of Team CORE’s property portfolio, along with managing the facility engineers and vendors. Prior to joining Team CORE, Zack’s Project Management experience in the technology field saw him oversee multi-million dollar project implementations.His Vendor Management experience saw him assist with vendor selection and contracts along with capital budget management He currently sits on the board of directors for Oakland University Athletics and also is a current commissioner for the American Collegiate Hockey Association.
